One mat = one tree

For every YOGISTAR® yoga mat sold, YOGISTAR® plants a tree.

Areas of application:
Every dishwasher has an ion exchanger built in that captures the hardness ions in the water, calcium and magnesium, and directs soft water into the dishwasher. This is intended to prevent limescale from forming on glasses and cutlery.
If the ion exchanger is saturated with calcium and magnesium ions, the absorption capacity must be restored by regeneration.
For this purpose, regeneration salt is used, which causes the exchange of hardness ions and thus ensures an optimal rinsing result.

Application / Dosage:
As soon as the salt requirement indicator in the dishwasher lights up, fill the designated salt container with regeneration salt according to the machine manufacturer's instructions for use.

Experience has shown that there are machines that indicate the need for salt very late. To prevent this, regeneration salt should be refilled regularly, even if the indicator has not yet come on. If the salt container was completely empty, you should wait around 2 hours after refilling before using the machine again so that the ion exchanger has enough time to regenerate.

The correct setting of the ion exchanger:
The water softener (ion exchanger) of the dishwasher should be set one level higher than the level specified for your water hardness. Example: If you have water hardness level II (8.4–14° dH / 15–25° fH), then set it to hardness level III (>14° dH / >25° fH). You can find the instructions for this in the operating instructions for your dishwasher, section “Water softener”. (see dishwasher information sheet).

Product declaration:

Pure coarse-grained boiled table salt 100%

List of ingredients according to EC 648/2004:
Sodium Chloride

Origin and properties of the ingredients:

In rock salt deposits, the salt is broken up, dissolved in water and crystallized into coarse grains. This means that impurities are retained. As a concentrated solution in the dishwasher's salt container, it exchanges the bound calcium and magnesium ions for the sodium ions of the regeneration salt, so that the ion exchanger can once again supply soft water.

Product features:
The regeneration salt is pure crystallized evaporated salt, without flow agents, synthetic dyes or other additives.

Certification:

Eco guarantee
CSE
Vegan Society

Technical data:
Table salt reacts pH-neutrally in aqueous solution.

ecology
Biodegradation:
Table salt is a natural component of our waters. Although table salt is mineral in nature and does not need to be broken down further, it does contribute – albeit to a relatively small extent – to increasing the salt load in our water. With medium water hardness, around 40-50 g of salt enter the wastewater per flush.
