Himalayan cedar extra (conv.), 5 ml

Himalayan cedar oil is characterized by its uplifting and strong nerve-stabilizing effect. The balancing scent helps reduce stress and at the same time promotes strength and self-confidence. Rubbed onto the chest, the oil can provide relief from coughs and colds. Due to its astringent and calming properties, Himalayan cedar oil can also be used for flaky skin and oily hair. This makes the oil ideal as an ingredient in soaps. It also promises relief from rashes as it has a skin-regenerating, antiseptic and pain-relieving effect. The calming and at the same time refreshing scent profile is ideal for purifying the air and as a room freshener, as well as for repelling moths and insects. The scent is often preferred by men, which is why the oil is also well suited for use in shaving soaps.

• Calming fragrance blend “Letting go” for the fragrance lamp:
  10 drops Himalayan cedar extra
  20 drops organic lime
  5 drops of fine organic lavender
  
  Pour the essential oils into an empty bottle. Close the bottle and shake gently. Add 8 drops of the mixture into the fragrance lamp.
  

• “Strong and Courageous” blend to strengthen perseverance in times of change:
  3 drops Himalayan cedar extra
  2 drops of rose geranium organic
  4 drops organic grapefruit
  
  Pour the essential oils into an empty bottle. Close the bottle and shake gently. Add 8 drops of the mixture into the fragrance lamp.
  

• Mild soap “hand disinfection”
  250 ml neutral liquid soap
  10 drops Himalayan cedar extra
  10 drops of organic lemongrass
  3 drops of organic thyme thymol
  
  Add the essential oils to the soap (preferably from an organic store) and mix.
