The meditation has two phases, both without exact times. The format given here is a good one to start with. You can do this meditation at any time of the day or just before you go to sleep. If you do it during the day, take some time afterward before returning to your normal activities.
The meditation can be done with your special OSHO Mahamudra meditation music, which shows the different phases and supports them energetically.
The meditation instructions are included on the CD in English and are also available in numerous languages as a digital booklet for download.
