This meditation is a quick, intense and thorough way to break through old, deeply ingrained bodymind patterns that keep us trapped in the past, and to experience the freedom, witnessing, stillness and peace that lie behind those prison walls.
The best time for this meditation is early morning, when "all of nature comes to life, the dark night is over, the sun rises and everything becomes aware and awake."
You can do this meditation alone, but when you start doing it, it can be helpful to do it with others. It is an individual experience, so forget about others around you.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
The meditation is done with the special OSHO Dynamic Meditation music, it indicates the different phases and supports them energetically.
