The yogiblock® big hard foam block is a super-light tool for yoga practice. Slightly larger than the normal yogiblock, it was developed with light weight, dimensional stability and robustness in mind. You can use the yogablock, for example, to support your hands in standing postures such as Trikonasana, or as a base for your hands in the Peacock Posture (Mayurasana), or to support your hips in the Bridge Posture (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), to name just a few examples.
