Copper water is used frequently and in a variety of ways in Ayurveda clinics in India and Sri Lanka. It is considered an excellent tonic for the liver, spleen and lymphatic system. It also provides support in the treatment of obesity and rheumatic muscle and joint diseases. According to Ayurvedic research, copper water is also said to have a positive effect on the lungs. Its positive effect on the hemoglobin content of the blood is thought to have a soothing effect on anemia. The water could also have a harmonizing effect on psychosomatic disorders, which is currently being researched.

Application:
Fill the cup with water in the evening, leave it overnight and drink the water the next morning. From a scientific point of view, the water has absorbed pure copper during storage, a mineral that is essential for the body in this form.

Cleaning:
Since the water cup is made of copper, it will naturally lose its shine over time. To clean it, you will need a pinch of salt, vinegar or baking soda and a slice of lemon. Sprinkle the ingredients on the lemon slice and lightly rub the surface of your cup with this mixture. The lemon and salt form a mixture that naturally removes the patina and restores the shine of the copper. Rinse the cup with water and let it dry well. The inside of the copper water cup will also patina, but this does not affect the quality of the water stored in the bottle. However, the copper cup is not dishwasher safe!
