The freshly peeled aloe vera leaf gel is used according to Ayurvedic Tradition mixed with the other ingredients and fermented (Asava method). According to Ayurvedic scriptures, Aloe Vera supports healthy liver function. The Aloe Vera Elixir balances vitality in a mild way Pitta-Dosha. It tastes like a sweet "Sherry" and is taken before a meal.
